Conor plays his club rugby with Garryowen FC and hails from Patrickswell, Limerick.
Conor made his Munster senior debut as a replacement against the Sale Sharks in the 2009 pre-season game in Musgrave Park.
Murray made his competitive debut against Connacht in the Magners League in April 2010 as a blood replacement.
A powerful scrumhalf, Conor has the ability to break the tackle particularly around the fringes and keeps the defence honest. Pace and power he also has a pin-pint accurate pass which is equally effective at breaking the defensive line

Conor's superb form towards the end of the 2012/13 season saw him named in the Lions side which toured Australia. Murray proved instrumental in securing a first series win since 1997
