Another graduate of the Munster pack, Donnacha has had his best season to date as a Heineken Cup winner with Munster and as part of the IRFU’s High Performance Select Group.
Capped at Youth and Under-21 levels, the Nenagh man made his Ireland ’A’ bow against England Saxons in 2008.
A strong lineout operator and big tackler in the loose, he has been an AIB League and Cup winner with Shannon and is equally comfortable in the second row or back row
He made his Ireland senior debut against Argentina in the summer of 08 and added to his caps tally on the 2009 Irish Summer Tour to north America where he played against Canada and the USA

Donnacha made his RBS 6 Nations bow in Irelands first game of the 2010 tournament against Italy at Croke Park and his first start came against Scotland in 2012
